Terms of Sale
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms of sale (“Terms”) govern the sale and use of the Roomotion service (the “Service”), available at roomotion.co. The publisher’s identification details appear in the legal notice. Any order placed on the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, in the version in force on the day of the order.
2. A service for professionals only
The Service is intended exclusively for professionals acting in the course of their business, in particular real estate professionals (agents, agencies, brokers, developers…). By creating an account, the Client declares that they are acting for professional purposes. The provisions of the French Consumer Code, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.
3. Description of the Service
Roomotion generates an immersive AI-created video from the listing photos provided by the Client. Each video is delivered in two formats (16:9 and 9:16) and lasts around 20 to 65 seconds, depending on the number of photos imported (5 to 15).
4. Account
Using the Service requires creating an account. The Client agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential; any action performed from their account is deemed to have been performed by them.
5. Credits
The Service works with credits: 1 credit = 1 video (both formats included). Credits are purchased individually or in packs, with no subscription, at the prices displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Specific terms can be agreed by quote for larger volumes.
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the cases set out in article 10. Any price change has no effect on credits already purchased.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros, exclusive of tax. The applicable VAT depends on the country and status of the professional Client (including any EU VAT number); it is calculated and displayed at the time of payment. Payment is made in full, by bank card, through our secure payment provider Stripe. An invoice is made available to the Client for each purchase.
7. Delivery
Generation starts when the credit is used. The video is usually available within about ten minutes; this timeframe is indicative. The Client is notified by email as soon as the video is ready and can then download it from their workspace. If a problem occurs during generation, the Client is invited to contact support, which will look for an appropriate solution.
8. Content provided by the Client
The Client warrants that they hold all the rights required for the photos and information they upload (photographer’s rights, owner’s authorisation, image rights of any visible persons) and that this content is lawful and consistent with the actual property. Photos containing unlawful or sensitive content may be rejected at generation.
The Client grants Roomotion a limited, non-exclusive licence, solely for hosting and processing their content in order to provide the Service.
9. Ownership of the videos
Generated videos are the property of the Client, who may use them freely to market their properties (portals, website, social media, presentations). Roomotion only retains the technical hosting licence required for delivery and does not reuse any video for promotional purposes without the Client’s prior written consent.
10. Satisfaction
If the result does not meet the Client’s expectations, they should contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Roomotion will first try to fix the problem. If the result is still not satisfactory, the corresponding credit is returned or the video refunded. This guarantee assumes that the photos provided meet the Service’s requirements (in particular minimum resolution and number of photos).
11. Availability and liability
Roomotion uses reasonable means to keep the Service available; temporary interruptions (maintenance, incidents, force majeure) may occur. As the output relies on artificial-intelligence technology, no specific result can be guaranteed: it is up to the Client to review each video before publishing it.
Roomotion cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of business, clients or reputation) and its liability is, in any event, capped at the amounts actually paid by the Client over the past 12 months.
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.
13. Suspension and closure
Roomotion may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular fraudulent use or unlawful content. The Client may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting our support; voluntary closure does not entitle the Client to a refund of unused credits.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of the place where Roomotion has its registered office.
