Real estate video for agencies and agency networks

Create your videos

Your listings already have great professional photos. Roomotion turns them into an immersive video with real camera moves, with your agency’s details, in 16:9 and 9:16, in a few minutes per property. No shoot, no editing, and the same quality across every listing.

Where you stand today

You know a listing with a video gets more inquiries. You also know why you do not have one on every property.

A videographer costs several hundred euros and takes a week to schedule. You save them for the high-commission properties, which means a minority of your listings. Home-made editing, on CapCut or Canva, depends on whichever agent has the time and the inclination, and the result varies from one listing to the next: branding sometimes there, sometimes not, different music, random length. And as soon as the agency takes on ten properties in a month, the video is the first thing that stops getting done.

The outcome: most of your listings live with photos only, and your agency’s image on portals and social media is the image of every other listing.

What video changes for an agency

Every property, not just the beautiful ones. When a video costs a few tens of euros and five minutes, the question “does this property deserve a video” disappears. The ground-floor studio gets its video just like the architect’s house. The studio’s seller trusted you too.

Visibility you can see. On a portal where your properties sit next to one another, video makes the difference in the list. On social media, where the agency’s account posts every week, it is what builds a local brand. Same style, same length, same signature across every listing and every agent.

An argument in the seller meeting. “Your property will have its video the day it goes live, here is what it looks like” carries weight when a seller is choosing between two agencies. And it is a promise you can keep on every property, not an exception you grant.

Time back for your agents. Their job is to win listings and run showings. Not to edit slideshows.

How it works in practice

  1. You have the photos: the photographer’s or the agent’s, 5 to 15 of them, exterior first then interior. No new constraint on the ground.
  2. You upload them to Roomotion in tour order. For each photo, a camera move is suggested based on the room (a rising shot on the facade, a slow push-in through the living room). You can change it or leave it.
  3. The video arrives in 16:9 and 9:16 with your agency’s details. It goes on the website, the portals and social media the day the listing goes live.

The agent spends a few minutes on it. No software, no training, no sign-off from a marketing manager.

Example: an agency listing eight properties a month

A four-agent agency in a mid-sized town lists eight properties a month: five apartments, two houses, one commercial unit.

Before, it sent a videographer to the two houses when budget allowed, and nothing for the rest. With Roomotion, all eight properties have a video the day they go live, with the same look. The agency’s Instagram account posts two Reels a week without anyone editing anything. Monthly cost: eight videos, less than one house shoot used to cost.

What it did not have to do: buy software, train someone, wait for a contractor, redo a vertical version.

What Roomotion does not do

  • A virtual tour. Each clip starts from a photo and stays within its frame. You do not walk from room to room. For a full walkthrough, that is a different tool (Matterport and the like), and a complementary one.
  • Rescue bad photos. A dark or blurry photo gives a poor clip. The video will be as good as the photos it is given, no more, no less.
  • Replace a videographer on an exceptional property. For the multi-million villa with drone and sunset footage, a shoot is still better. Roomotion covers the 95% of listings that will never get one.

A video for every property, starting with your next listing

Try it on your next property. Upload the photos, get the video in 16:9 and 9:16, publish it with the listing. If it works for one property, it works for all of them.
