The best real estate video software in 2026
Real estate video software falls into three families. Specialized AI video generators (Roomotion, Reel-E, PhotoAIVideo) turn listing photos into a finished video, with no editing. All-in-one real estate platforms (Nodalview, Pedra) add video to other services, such as virtual staging or photo capture. General-purpose editors (Canva, CapCut) are free or cheap, but you edit the video yourself. The right choice depends mostly on the result you want: an animated slideshow or real camera moves.

How we picked these tools
This guide is published by Roomotion, which is on the list. To keep it useful, we followed three rules.
- No ranking. The tools are grouped by family, because they don’t solve the same problem. There is no number 1.
- Official sources. Every feature and price comes from the vendor’s own site, on the date shown. When a detail isn’t there, we don’t guess it.
- Everyone’s limits, Roomotion’s included. A tool that doesn’t do what you need won’t help you, whatever it costs.
We kept tools built for real estate, plus the two general-purpose editors agents use the most.
Slideshow, zoom or camera move
All these tools start from your photos. What sets them apart first is what happens to each photo in the video.
- Slideshow. Photos follow one another with transitions and text. It’s fast and cheap, but the image stays still.
- Zoom or pan. The photo slides or slowly grows in the frame. It feels more alive, but you’re still looking at a flat picture.
- Camera move. AI recreates a move through the room: the foreground passes in front of the background and the perspective shifts. It feels like touring the home.
To judge a tool, watch its samples on a whole room, not a single photo. And check that the video stays true to the property: an added piece of furniture or an invented window is a problem on a listing.
Specialized AI video generators
These tools only do real estate video. You provide the photos, they deliver a finished listing video, with no editing.
Roomotion (our tool)
Roomotion turns 5 to 15 photos into a listing video. AI animates each photo with a camera move (a push into the living room, a rise up the facade, a turn in the kitchen), which you pick from a list or leave on the default. The video comes with an intro (title, location, price), an end screen with your name, music and your brand kit. It’s ready in about ten minutes, in 16:9 and 9:16.
- Price: €39 per video, or €300 for 10 (€30 per video), excl. VAT, with no subscription. Credits are valid for 12 months.
- Strengths: real camera moves, true to the photos, with no prompts and no editing. Both formats delivered together.
- Limits: no import from a listing URL, you upload the photos. No virtual staging, no voiceover, no AI avatar.
- Best for: a video for every listing, with a consistent, immersive look and no commitment.
Reel-E
Reel-E turns 5 to 40 photos into a video with AI motion, including push-in moves, in under two minutes. It also offers edited photos and a listing website, and is built around MLS workflows.
- Price: $59 a month, or $44 a month billed annually, for 3 listings a month. Growth: $129 a month for 10 listings. 7-day trial.
- Strengths: narration, logo and contact card, 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, and an unbranded version for the MLS.
- Limits: a monthly subscription, with a set number of listings per plan.
- Best for: US agents who publish steadily on the MLS and want narration.
PhotoAIVideo
PhotoAIVideo turns your photos, or the URL of your listing, into a video walkthrough with smooth camera movements, multi-language voiceover and your branding.
- Price: a free plan (1 project, watermarked), then Creator at $37.50 a month billed annually ($450 a year, 52 projects). AI avatar: $49 a month extra.
- Strengths: import from a listing URL, voiceover, AI avatar presenter, 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1.
- Limits: the listed prices are billed annually; the avatar and white-label domain are paid add-ons.
- Best for: agents who want a narrated video or a virtual presenter.
All-in-one real estate platforms
These tools cover several needs of an agency or brokerage. Video is one service among others, usually part of a subscription.
Nodalview
Nodalview combines a smartphone capture app, virtual tours, floor plans and AI video from photos. It is aimed mostly at networks and brokerages that want a single tool for all their listing media.
- Price: subscription on quote, 14-day trial. A video uses 15 credits, from €0.60 a credit with the largest pack.
- Strengths: photo capture and virtual tours in the same tool, branding in your agency’s colors.
- Limits: no public price. Mostly worth it if you also use the rest of the platform.
- Best for: agencies and networks that want photos, virtual tours and video in one place.
Pedra
Pedra is first a virtual staging and photo editing tool. It also makes videos from photos or phone footage, with music, voiceover and branding.
- Price: €29 a month for 100 credits, or €239 a year. Animating a photo uses 5 credits. One free trial video.
- Strengths: virtual staging and video in the same tool, a mobile app.
- Limits: a monthly subscription, even in months when you list little.
- Best for: empty or dated homes that need virtual staging before the video.
General-purpose editors
These tools aren’t built for real estate, but many agents already use them. They are free or cheap, and you control everything. The trade-off: you edit the video by hand, listing after listing.
Canva
Canva covers all your visual marketing: flyers, posts, presentations and videos. Its real estate templates produce slideshows. Image to Video animates one photo at a time, with subtle motion inside the image rather than a camera move.
- Price: a free plan, Canva Pro at $144 a year for one person in the US (checked on October 9, 2026).
- Strengths: one tool for every format, millions of templates, a brand kit.
- Limits: editing, text and the 9:16 version are up to you.

CapCut
CapCut is a full video editor, widely used for social media. Its latest AI models can animate a photo with real camera moves, from a written description.
- Price: a free plan without AI, CapCut Pro at €23.99 a month or €199.99 a year in France.
- Strengths: a real editing tool, great for Reels and phone footage.
- Limits: a prompt to write for each photo, then editing, text and formats to handle yourself.
