Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The roomotion.co website and the Roomotion service (the “Service”) are published by Roomotion (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: support@roomotion.co.

2. Data we collect

Account: first name, last name, email address, password (stored hashed) and, where provided, phone number and agency name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Projects: the property photos you upload, the property details (title, city, price) and, if you provide them, the agent details to display in the video (name, agency, phone, email, photo).

Payment: payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card numbers. We keep your purchase history and invoices.

Technical data: connection logs, IP address, anti-bot security data (Cloudflare Turnstile) and browsing data via cookies (see the Cookies section).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to provide the Service: account creation, video generation and delivery, and service emails such as the signup confirmation or the video-ready notification (performance of the contract). We also use it for invoicing and accounting (legal obligation), for security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), and for audience measurement and advertising (consent, via cookies).

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by our service providers, each for its own function: Supabase (accounts and database), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (anti-bot security), our technical AI video-generation providers (processing of the uploaded photos for the time needed to produce the video), Google (audience measurement and advertising) and Meta (advertising). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). We never sell your data.

5. Your photos and content

The photos and information you upload are used exclusively to produce the videos you request. They are shared with our video-generation providers for the time needed to process them and are not used for any other purpose.

6. Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted when it is closed. Photos and videos remain available for the life of the account; you can delete your projects at any time. Invoices are kept for 10 years (accounting obligation) and technical logs for up to 12 months.

7. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies (session, authentication, security) are always active: they make the Site work. Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, via Google Tag Manager) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Ads) are only set with your consent, collected through the cookie banner. Your choice, whether you accept or refuse, is kept for 6 months in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority). You can change or withdraw it at any time through the “Cookies” link in the footer.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection over your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: support@roomotion.co. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

9. Security

Exchanges with the Site are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed and access to data is restricted to what is needed to operate the Service.

10. Changes

This policy may change, in particular when new tools are added. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
